This interactive workshop will teach participants how to attract and retain donors, volunteers, and other supporters to their nonprofit organization. Discover how to use your mission statement, internal and external communications, and program outcomes to increase financial support from individuals and funders.
Workshop objectives/takeaways:
- create or update mission statements so that they are compelling and relevant;
- learn to articulate program outcomes in a way that attracts new supporters;
- learn to use internal communications to turn staff and board members into ambassadors of the organization’s mission; and
- learn to use external communications to demonstrate to donors and funders how their dollars are improving the lives of others.
