Sheila Zelenski, vice president of member relations and knowledge management for the Alliance, oversees the implementation, management, and evaluation of Alliance membership retention and recruitment activities, as well as its programs, conferences, and events, including the Severson National Information Center and the Value Partners program.

Preparing Zelenski for this role is her extensive background in management positions at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She served nine years as director of membership for the American Society for Quality, a professional association that advances learning, quality improvement, and knowledge exchange to improve business results and create better workplaces and communities worldwide.

Within education, association, and business marketing environments, Zelenski has provided leadership in strategic direction, business planning, and product development. She has worked for Hunter Business Group, Z Consulting Services, and the American Cancer Society (ACS). At ACS, Zelenski served as the executive director of the south unit in Wisconsin.
