McKeever has held a variety of direct service and leadership positions in his more than 11 combined years with Alliance member Boys Town. He began his service with Boys Town in 1989, where over the next 10 years he served as a clinical director, director of special projects, and senior director of Boys Town USA.

McKeever spent the next nine years in the for-profit sector. He served as vice president of training and quality at Sitel Corporation, managing more than 300 training and quality staff supporting 19,000 employees in managing 200 accounts. He later managed the P&L of a sales and marketing business unit for a Fortune 100 company before returning to Boys Town in August 2008 to lead the organization’s newly defined program performance group. Today, he is a leader in the on-going refinement and implementation of the national strategic plan of Boys Town.
