Hanley is a vice chairman and U.S. process and industrial products industry leader for Deloitte. In his capacity as the industry leader, he works with and advises Deloitte audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory teams serving many of the world’s most significant companies. He also serves as the leader of Deloitte’s Global Industrial Products practice and is a member of the firm’s Global Manufacturing Leadership team.

In addition to his national responsibilities, Hanley currently, or has previously, served as the lead client service partner on S.C. Johnson, Johnson Diversey, and GE Healthcare. He also serves as an advisory partner on several more prominent clients, including Cargill and DuPont.

Hanley is currently serving the following professional or civic organizations in the Milwaukee area: Milwaukee County Council of Boy Scouts; Waukesha Memorial Hospital Foundation; The Archdiocese of Milwaukee; Partners Advancing Values in Education (PAVE); Families International; and Marquette University.
