Using the premise that the human services field may well have entered a new paradigm, this workshop will examine the details of what that paradigm is, and could become. Further, attendees will explore how to prepare for different scenarios of how to best service constituents in 10 years. Who will the customers be? How will services be funded? And most importantly, how will nonprofit human services providers shape this new world? Participants should come with ideas and insights that form their visions for the year 2020 and be prepared to have an insightful, candid conversation about the future of the human services field and our role in shaping it.
